City Building Leads the way in Gas Safety at National Awards

Leading Scottish construction company, City Building, has beaten off tough competition from companies across the UK to win a national award for gas safety.

City Building scooped two accolades at the recent Association of Gas Safety Managers (AGSM) awards in association with CORGI, the official gas registration body for the United Kingdom, Isle of Man and Guernsey.

The company took home the coveted National Social Housing Contractor of the Year award after beating seven other regions to win the Regional Social Housing Contractors of the Year award.

City Building wins big at Inspiring City Awards

City Building, was the big winner at the recent Inspiring City Awards taking home a gong as well as receiving a commendation.

The awards which were held on Thursday 11 September at The Grand Central Hotel in Glasgow where run by The Herald and Glasgow Chamber of Commerce in association with People Make Glasgow – to celebrate the people and organisations that make Glasgow great.

City Building wins S1 Jobs Award

City Building won the S1 Jobs Apprentice Award at a ceremony on 17th April, 2014. The judges said City Building had an excellent record of support and commitment in developing our workforce through our apprenticeship programme and commitment to building a sustainable future.
