Gas Breakdown/Service Engineer (4 on 4 off)
Applications are invited from experienced time served Gas Engineers with the relevant gas qualifications to operate across the City and beyond to deliver a breakdown/reactive repairs service.
We operate a 4 on 4 off working pattern within the Gas Section which significantly improves our timescales and ensures the needs of our customers is always the focus of our service provision. You will be required to use our mobile hand held technology systems.
You must be fully conversant with up to date issues relating to gas. Possession of a full driving licence is essential as is a flexible approach to ensure a high quality service.
You will be working on a 4 on 4 off working pattern (10.00 am – 10.00 pm in summer months and 12 noon – 12 midnight winter months on a rota basis).
The salary for the post is circa £36,000 per annum, including a wide-ranging generous benefits package which includes pension scheme, annual leave and sick pay benefits.
This is a Temporary position until the end of March 2019 subject to review.
