WOODSIDE TERRACE

Full refurbishment of period property in Glasgow’s Park Circus, area.  This A-listed building, designed by the architect George Smith was built in 1842.

Our team, in renovating this stunning blonde sandstone period building used the highest standards to ensure the preservation of original features including the renewal of the stunning pillared communal entrance hallway, cornices, panel doors, deep moulded skirtings and sash and case windows.

This incorporated the repair of cast iron railings and downpipes as well as stone repairs and a new roof.

Each apartment features a modern designed kitchen with fully integrated appliances.  We also installed gas central heating systems and security video entry systems as well as completely re-decorating the internals of each restored flat.
